Nastrac journey began in 1997 when Nina Alag Suri, Founder and the CEO of the company had the desire to be a creator rather than a follower. Nina set up her first office with an investment of $1000 borrowed from her supportive husband. Since then, Nina has been leading with the same passion and commitment, bringing the company to new heights, which is later known as Nastrac Group in 2010.

Since then, Nastrac has expanded into the Asia Pacific, United Kingdom, Europe and North Amercian markets. Nastrac’s Asia Pacific business is led by Farida Charania, who is the CEO for APAC and also the founder of the Financial Services practice. UK & Europe, as well as the North American region, are each driven by a leader for the Hi-tech and Financial Services practices. All their leaders and senior consultants come from the relevant industry, and have worked in senior roles across the corporate world. They bring the business knowledge which commands respect from clients and candidates and facilitates a meaningful engagement.
